Welcome to Historic Ghost Tours of Douglasville. We invite you to join us and take a step back
in time to discover the history of our charming town and the people that made it what it is today. Douglasville has
quite an interesting Civil War and Indian history this is largely unknow to most. We begin our tour in the old city
cemetery where you will find hero's and heartbreak. On this leg of the adventure we will discuss head stone symbology
and teach you how to read them as well. Using a well researched guide you will be able to not only recognize these symbols
but know them in your future travels to southern graveyards. Pictures of orbs and mist are a very common thing as well
as pictures of spirits and energy fields that we can't exactly explain. After, you will be ushered to the old Abercrombie
farm house which has a very haunting history. You are welcome to bring paranormal equipment and cameras on this portion
of the tour as well. We are very excited to be able to offer this
unique and engaging experience to you all and we look forward to meeting you on this magikal journey into the unkown.

Civil War heroes along with our own local legends and folk lore. Douglasville, Georgia is rich with history and
charm and definitely full of the ghosts who provide us with our rich paranormal history.Walking tours are available Friday and Saturday nights rain or shine. The tour begins at Potter's Attic located at 6958 Bankhead Hyw in Douglasville. All tours are handicap friendly and last for approx. 90 min. and the walk is approx. 1 mile.
